[Users] Setting up SSL between host and engine

Hi Rahul,
This wiki[1] was written to allow public-key integration
between the node and the engine. Basically what it does is
setting up an SSL environment.

I suggest you read it first, make sure you understand,
and then either ask us if there's something unclear or
go ahead and do it.
