sorry, no better suggestion.
once we'll have a few more non EC2 servers at our disposal, we could try 
and setup such a demo environment.

you should be able to setup an "all in one" deployment from ovirt rpms 
using fedora 17, ovirt 3.1 with the allinone plugin installed on a 
single machine with say, 8GB of RAM.
