Host CPU is a superset of CPU described in /tmp/cpu.xml

<cpu match="minimum"><model>Nehalem</model><vendor>Intel</vendor></cpu>
in /tmp/cpu.xml
what does
virsh -r cpu-compare /tmp/cpu.xml
report?
