[Users] Using the chrome/chromium browser with oVirt

I recently did some work to get the chrome/chromium browser to work
with oVirt to connect to the VMs with spice.

Few patches are needed for the spice-xpi component:

At the moment the combination of the spice-xpi build and the webadmin patch
has been successfully tested with both:

chromium-21.0.1180.89-1.fc17.x86_64
firefox-17.0-1.fc17.x86_64
