you can, but since the .el6 rpms are maintained outside of the ovirt 
site/process, we don't always know if a patch is in a specific version, etc.

that's a question for its maintainer (actually, i think it contains more 
backports than the f17 one)

as rhev is the downstream of ovirt, usually they are close enough.
