[Users] mislabelled template source

Usual process: from a blank template - install OS (windows/linux) from iso.
Save that vm as <os>_raw template once agent tools loaded (no OS patches
applied). Use the <os>_raw template to build a new VM which gets all
current patches. Save that as a new template.

so far, no VM shows a heritage other than "blank" if it was built with a
preallocated drive space from a template other than blank.
