do you have spice-xpi and spicec rpms installed on the client machine?

Ofer - not sure if for the general use case, or for an all-in-one demo 
flow - may make sense to install spice-xpi and spice by default (or at 
least suggest to use at end of installation)?

Einav - is there a detection flow in webadmin telling user no spice 
detected on their machine and they should install spice-xpi rpms?
