[Users] Spice console does not work

I installed the spice-xpi to a node and the server (hypervisor), and restarted jboss and vdsm
/ etc / init.d / jboss-as restart (hypervisor) and the / etc / init.d / vdsmd restart (node), but the button is "console" does not work (the behavior has not changed).
Tested in UserPortal and webadmin.
Logs are identical to the previous one.

How do I check the correctness of the installation?
No warning is displayed.

I know that there is a a spice-xpi detection flow in the user portal, I am almost certain that it is identical in the web-admin.
