[Users] oVirt test day is coming - Jan 16th - Deferred to Jan 18th

Anthony, this issue has been discussed at oVirt Weekly Sync Meeting on 
Jan 11th, in which it was decided that if a late branching will happen 
testday will be deferred by one or two days.
