yes, it should just work once you install spice on your client and open 
it from the user portal or webadmin (you can't connect directly unless 
you disable the ticketing system).
(you can connect from CLI using the ovirt cli for example, since it 
takes care of setting the ticket for you to connect.

ticket == temporary password for the vnc/spice session.
