1. You should put all hosts except the spm in maintenance.
2. pvresize the LUN on the spm host
3. if other hosts can still 'see' the LUN then you'd need to repeat [2] on those to refresh the device map on all of them (or disconnect the iSCSI session and let oVirt reconnect)

There is no filesystem so problem solved :)
