[Users] Ovirt allinone exists during setup

The people who encountered a similar issue have just suggeted to take down
both network interface and then start one of them (since they start one
another). restarting the vdsm is smooth
and this is what I did - yet at the engine when creating a host an error
while creating the host appears
perhaps the engine log will help
googling suggests that there is mismatch of software packages and is
referring to mysql so I'm not sure it's related.
