[Users] Ovirt allinone exists during setup

I am not sure that there actually a network configuration issue.
"ip addr" shows that the ovirtmgmt bridge functions correctly (it gets an
ip.)
yet, I don't know if it's related or not - creating the host from the
engine itself (or during the setup process) fails with an error.
