[Users] adding host with ovirt-engine-cli

if you'll take a look on help for the /action/ command (help action),
the syntax is /action <type> <id> <action> [object identifiers] [attribute options]/
i.e it should be:

action storagedomain "iso" activate --datacenter-identifier "c479b8b5-1c43-4421-a68d-01f9ceebfb06"

note: command will always start as /<type> <id> <action>/ and then command options.
