[Users] host is non responsive!!

hi all.
My name is Atsushi Nakashima

my oVirt engine and host is one same host.
configure host, state is non responsive.

configuration process.

1. install fedora 16.

2. yum update

3. set up bridge ovirtmgmt

 ifcfg-p5p1

  DEVICE=p5p1
ONBOOT=yes
BRIDGE=ovirtmgmt

ifcfg-ovirtmgmt
DEVICE=ovirtmgmt
TYPE=Bridge
ONBOOT=yes
DELAY=0
BOOTPROTO=static
IPADDR=192.168.1.11
NETMASK=255.255.255.0
GATEWAY=192.168.1.1

4. sudo wget http://www.ovirt.org/releases/stable/fedora/16/ovirt-engine.repo -P /etc/yum.repos.d/

5. sudo yum install -y ovirt-engine

6. sudo engine-setup 

7. url http://192.168.1.11/webadmin on web browser

8. expand all -> new -> 
hostname z9plus
IP : 192.168.1.11

installed some package.

after reboot, host status  is non responsive


what's idea?
