[Users] OVirt Node must run on FQDN box as well?

In my configuration,  I added all the IP to hostname mappings to 
"/etc/hosts" file in all oVirt node and oVirt engine server.  Migration 
worked fine for me.

> As per Itamar's response this relates to an issue with the version of libvirt that we originally released on, as I understand it even where this applies though not having an FQDN for the node(s) only impacts migration. Not being able to connect the node at all sounds like a different issue.
