please attach full vdsm & engine log - I would like to have a look on the create vm command both sides and XML sent to libvirt. 
also attach /var/log/libvirt/qemu/<vmName>.log

what version of qemu-kvm are you running with ? once vm freezes, what does vdsClient list table 
and virsh -r list tells ? also, please provide /var/log/libvirt/qemu/<vmName>.log, are there any IO errors ?
what the status of the corresponding qemu process on host ? is it on 100% ?
