Hi Elad, 

please attach full vdsm log of the second attempt. 
please also run ps aux | grep mount and see if you recognize your mount command, check 
process state (just to see its not stuck). 
please make sure you have the correct permission on your NFS share; should be vdsm:kvm (36:36)

would appreciate if you could file a BZ on the timeout issue for oVirt (web-admin component).
