nightly is just a newer set of rpms
http://www.ovirt.org/releases/nightly/rpm/Fedora/17/noarch/

but we still don't have an .el6 for nightly (well, or for stable, i 
assume you are using another repo than ovirt.org).
we are working on adding .el6 builds as well to ovirt.
