Hi,
I've tried to install the node image (2.5.5-0.1.fc17 at this time) from an USB stick (to hard drive) and this does not work.
(The installation has been done on a Poweredge 1950 server)
I've created the installation stick using Unetbootin-windows (ISO mode) and the installation went OK.
The problem is that after installation, the server does not manage to boot.
The boot process stops and gives warnings :
dracut Warning: Unable to process initqueue
dracut Warning: /dev/mapper/live-rw does not exist
Dropping to debug shell.
Screenshot is included.
I'm gonna try (really) old school optical disk installation and give feedback.
During this time if someone has any suggestion...
Vince
