I see many issues, which may or may not be related.

Are you use git checkout or some other version? I see this is not updated git master.

Can you please:
1. stop the ovirt-engine service.
2. execute engine-cleanup
3. remove /var/log/ovirt-engine/*
4. start over with engine-setup
5. resend the logs?
