Make sure you do not have java process running, if you have, just kill it.

remove:
/var/run/ovirt-engine*
/var/lib/ovirt-engine
/var/log/ovirt-engine
/var/cache/virt-engine
/etc/ovirt-engine

remove all packages, and install them again, or simply reinstall 'ovirt-engine*'
