[Users] where do bond interfaces come from when adding a node that is FC17

I am not sure how the failure of adding host is related to bonding 
interfaces.  You could check the log
/tmp/vds_bootstrap.xxxxxx.log and /tmp/vds_installer.xxxxxx.log during 
node installation.
