You are trying to use 3.2 database with upcoming 3.3 release.
These are probably incompatible, and I am not sure there is a working upgrade path from 3.2 to 3.3, there will close to 3.3 release.
I do not know exactly what you are targeting... but if it is future development, then best to do this on master.
If you need some quick fixes to 3.2, then I am sorry, the development environment will not help you in this regard, as it is designed to meet 3.3 schedule.
If you are after integration, best is to fix whatever you need and create rpms to test, should be easy:
$ make tarball
$ rpmbuild -tb <tarball>
