[Users] Unable to install F18 on a VM from engine.

I did not install engine from RPM, it was built from source. I do not  
see any host-deploy log file on engine.

I did use "add host" capability of webadmin to add the host.

I have since reinstalled F18 on the host and installed VDSM using  
latest RPMs. But ran into same situation. Install failed at "Preparing  
to install".
