[Users] update from 3.3 beta to RC failed during db upgrade

I tryed updating 3.3 fom beta to rc, but it failed during db upgrade.


[ ERROR ] Failed to execute stage 'Misc configuration': Command 
'/usr/share/ovirt-engine/dbscripts/upgrade.sh' failed to execute
