Hi, oVirt 3.3.2 is not compatible with Fedora >= 20.
You can try installing oVirt Nighlty, however you'll end with the file conflict you've already seen:

- make a backup of /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/sos/plugins/postgresql.py*
- download ovirt-log-collector-3.3.2-2.fc19.noarch rpm and rpm -Uvh --force --nodeps it
- restore backup.

However log-collector won't work correctly on F20 because sos 3 is not yet supported.
