[Users] oVirt 3.1 - engine configuration problem

Hi,

$ psql -U postgres -c "select count(*) from vds_static where 
pm_enabled;" ovirtdb
  count
-------
      0
(1 wiersz)

the table is empty. Maybe there is a problem with encryption of engine 
admin password. I think that this password is in plain text.
