[Users] Introducing oVirt Monitoring UI-Plugin

Thanks a lot for your nice feedback.
I want to also thank Oved and Vojtech for their support.

I plan to integrate a lot more features into this plugin in the next weeks to make it easier to use (especially for people without Nagios knowledge).
Please let me know if this plugin is usefull for you and what features you like to see in the next releases.
