If your master domain is full because you've thin provisioned many virtual machine disks and over-comitted your storage, you'll need to expand the storage domain itself. AFAIK, a virtual machine disk image cannot be split across storage domains.
A virtual machine can have two disks on two storage domains, but each single disk must be on a single storage domain. So, add more LUNs to the storage domain, or more logical volumes.
