[Users] oVirt 3.3 does not start HTML5/noVNC viewer

Hi,

At the moment I have removed it as it was not possible to update:

  file /usr/share/ovirt-engine/services/config.pyc from install of
ovirt-engine-websocket-proxy-3.3.0-0.2.master.20130615222011.gitf92a4af.el6.noarch
conflicts with file from package
ovirt-engine-3.3.0-0.2.master.20130609231551.gitc493152.el6.noarch

I was running:

ovirt-engine-websocket-proxy-3.3.0-0.2.master.20130609231551.gitc493152.el6.noarch
