[Users] [QE] oVirt 3.3.1 RC testing

Hi,
oivrt-engine-3.3.1 has been released in beta repository [1] as release candidate.
Please join us testing it!
I've created a wiki page [2] for collecting participants to 3.3.1 testing.
Due to lack of time it's a really minimal page, remanding to 3.3 test day for covering the test cases,
feel free to improve it if you want.
