A concerned user just asked me how did I build this. I just took the
source from koji,
http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/python-pep8/1.4.5/2.fc20/src/python-pep8-1.4.5-2.fc20.src.rpm
and built it on an el6 host with
http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/python-sphinx/1.0.8/1.el6/noarch/python-sphinx-1.0.8-1.el6.noarch.rpm installed.
