Hi,
if I may, I believe you've hit this bug: 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=927874
for 3.2 there's workaround:
issue "engine-config -s EmulatedMachine=rhel6.4.0 --cver=3.2" and 
restart engine
