[Users] vm can not get the usb by hostusb hook

[hackxay]

I use the ovirt hostusb hook to add a host usb flash storage.
and I can see the parameters using virsh dumpxml command.
But,the VM can not get the usb flash storage.
I am working in CentOS 6.4.
