Hi Hunter,
you can get and set the mac address rage using: 

engine-config -g MacPoolRanges (to see the current range) 

and then engine-config -s MacPoolRanges=<new range>

You can set a specific mac for a specific VM in the new or edit network interface
dialog. Look for: "Specify custom MAC address".
