[Users] oVirt 3.3 Release update

Still having problems with API/Python or rbovirt with the method
api.vms.list() it crashes with an error 500.

ovirtsdk.infrastructure.errors.RequestError:
status: 500
reason: Internal Server Error
detail: HTTP Status 500
