It's because we have no installer so far for it and binary releases for
windows. I am slowly getting there over time and eventually I would like
to provide them. My main concern is that I would like to be able to
create cross compilation builds. That means I would like to build
everything on my Linux system for windows. My investigations have shown
that this is possible.
