upstream in this case is CentOS, and it provides what RHEL provides, 
which is without these features.
we are working with CentOS to provide this.
until then, we are building it nightly from CentOS sources here:
http://jenkins.ovirt.org/view/All/job/qemu-kvm-rhev_create_rpms_el6/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/rpms/
