Yes, it should work out of the box.

Can please send me the debug output (can be off list as well if you're 
concerned of security:
# /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins/check_rhev3 -H <server> -a <host>:<password> 
-D PRODUCTION -l storage -s status -vvv | grep -v 'RHEVM-API Password'
