No. Currently not.
But Node became more stable over the last months, and you might want to try this snapshot build:

The current Node can really only be created for Fedora related distrios, so CentOS, RHEL and Fedora itself.
The reason for this is that all parts "the build process" is tailored around Fedora related tools. Namely kickstarts, and lviecd-tools.

We are currently thinking about how we can change Node and make it more friendly, the distro agnostic idea also goes into this thoughts - but there is nothing concrete on that front yet.
