According to nsoffer and me in http://lists.ovirt.org/pipermail/users/2014-August/026776.html
looks like it will cause Hosted Engine deployment failure on a clean system and also a failure adding a clean system to the Engine.
This is violating release criteria:
MUST: Ovirt/host installation should work flawlessly (w/o SSL)

So this is a blocker.
