Hi,
Audit mode is a way for an administrator to learn his quota needs.
When using audit mode you get all the warnings you get in enforcing mode,
without blocking the users. 

In this way the admin can adjust the quota allocations to make sure users
will not be blocked. Once the admin wants to start enforcing, he needs to
mode to enforcing quota mode which will prevent users from exceeding their
quotas.
