So Sorry, I neglected to change the KeystoneAuthUrl setting. That did the trick. Sorry to ping you about something that I should have known. I will keep in mind that the engine-config settings should always be something that I consider as I make changes to the system.

Did you update the 'KeystoneAuthUrl' via the engine-config to point to the new neutron server ip address, followed by ovirt-engine service restart ?
