Yes, it´s safe just deleting the file. To have Webadmin notice it
faster, you click on the "Storage" main tab, select the ISO domain and
click on the "Images" sub tab, which triggers a:
"Refresh image list succeeded for domain(s): ISO_DOMAIN_NAME (All file
type)"
