[Users] oVirt upcoming release schedule update

Hi Maurice,

It appears the beta3 rpm's are already uploaded but I had to add the
following to the ovirt.repo to enable the updates:

[ovirt-3.4.0-beta3]
name=Beta3 builds of the oVirt project
baseurl=http://ovirt.org/releases/3.4.0-beta3/rpm/Fedora/$releasever/
enabled=1
skip_if_unavailable=1
gpgcheck=0
http://resources.ovirt.org/releases/3.4.0-beta3/
