[Users] spice password

With setVmTicket? So he supplied some password there, right?

Yes - the password set with setVmTicket... 

E.g.: 
vdsClient localhost setVmTicket $vmid topsecret 120 
then start the spice client and input as password: topsecret 
(and it will expire in 120 seconds).
