i think yum clean all should fix that (i just tried to run the same command and it worked).

yes, just check /etc/yum.repos.d/el6-ovirt.repo - you'll see the ovirt repos there.
now the fun begins, with installing ovirt-engine.. http://www.ovirt.org/Quick_Start_Guide#Install_oVirt_Engine 
(mostly for fedora, but general should be the same).
