[Users] mavericks as a guest vm?

I have older Xserve hardware that is 64 bit but the bios is 32 bit. Fusion
runs mavericks with no problem. The vm runs in 64 bit mode.

I'd like to run mavericks as vm under ovirt on this hardware.

Google searches I've done keep pointing to vmware.

Any pointers?
