Please try this:

wget http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:evilissimo:ubuntu:14.04/xUbuntu_12.04/Release.key
sudo apt-key add - < Release.key
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ovirt-guest-agent
